If you're suddenly in search of work, the road ahead will look a little different. 

This is one of the most difficult job markets in recent history and the job search itself is more complex.  Many new positions are not advertised or listed, so effective job search strategies require a commitment to networking and an understanding of the many approaches to finding employment.  

How can BPE help?

BPE is a non-profit whose most important role is providing broad-based access to networking opportunities, but it is also unique in its role as a gateway to so many other resources necessary for a successful career search.

Founded in Indianapolis in 1991, the Business & Professional Exchange (BPE) is the area's largest not-for-profit educational and networking group, focused specifically on professionals in career transition.

How to Join BPE:

1. Attend a BPE Chapter meeting.  See list below for locations and dates.  Come check us out. First guest visit on us! If you like what you see, become a member. Membership is $30 for 6 months.  

2. Create a profile on our groupsite. Once you have joined BPE; access to this website is part of your membership.  We encourage you to enter your profile and participate in discussion groups about career search.
